Erik works across business streams with key leaders to create strategic goals, identify venture and corporate development opportunities, source technology deal flow and subject matter expertise, and ultimately negotiate and execute strategic partnerships. As the first venture capital hire in LR’s 259 year history, Erik, with the support of key stakeholders, seeded LR’s digital technology portfolio and rapidly grew it to include advanced analytics and artificial intelligence capabilities, operations and maintenance optimization solutions, and sophisticated digital solutions for the energy, marine, and offshore industries. LR has subsequently launched its fourth business unit, LR Digital.
