Maintenance and Operations: Better Together

In manufacturing, operations is responsible for reliable product production.  The responsibility of maintenance is to ensure the reliability of production equipment.  Despite working toward the same goals, these overlapping yet distinct functions often conflict with operations focused on short-term production goals and maintenance taking a longer-term view of asset reliability.  A healthy respect and appreciation for each is the key to greater reliability and productivity.  Attendees will learn from speakers who have successfully bridged the maintenance and operations divide to maximize the effectiveness of each and ensure reliable production.
