Jeff has played a key role optimizing service and asset performance, safety, and compliance for manufacturing (including many FDA validated pharma and medical technology companies), energy, telecommunications, and utility companies in more than 20 countries. In addition to holding leadership roles in product and solution management, service delivery, marketing, and strategy with technology and service providers, Jeff has extensive experience as an engineer, manager, consultant, project manager, and solution architect in industry. Jeff has developed and teaches an Asset Knowledge Management course that is offered as part of an Asset Management Certification program for Plant Engineering and Maintenance Association of Canada (PEMAC) in 2016.
