Scott provides functional leadership globally for process automation technology as applied in safety instrumented systems, and is the global technical leader of the PA SIS SME community. He also provides strategic leadership for SIS automation and operating discipline implementation for safe and reliable operation within all existing Dow production facilities as well as for planned new capital expenditures. Scott has worked in the area of process control and automation for over 38 years with responsibilities for definition, design, and implementation of BPCS and SIS for major capital projects.
