Sankaran is currently a Senior Staff Engineer at the John Deere Moline Technology and Innovation Center. He leads the Lightweight Materials Manufacturing technology developments in Advanced Manufacturing. He has been with Deere for about 11 years. In addition to his current role in strategic manufacturing, Sankaran has worked for many years at John Deere as a Six Sigma Competency Manager and North America Master black for design, manufacturing and business processes. Prior to coming to Deere, he worked in the automotive industry in the area of manufacturing R&D, quality, manufacturing, Six Sigma, and data analytics.
