Rick brings over 20 years of experience in community development, consulting and financial performance to the Kitson & Partners’ team. Prior experience includes his role as CEO of the Seaside Community Development Company in Seaside, Florida where under his leadership it was awarded TIME Magazine’s Development of the Decade and won ULI’s highest honor. For over 8 years he owned and was the CEO of the consulting firm, New Vector Limited; where his clients included international real estate development companies, national lodging brands, large REITs and financial institutions. He started his career as Consulting Senior Manager with Ernst & Young. Rick is a passionate advocate for Water for Good, an international non-profit organization. He’s personally active in supporting this cause and in raising awareness of the critical need for safe, clean drinking water in third world countries.
