Rick has more than 25 years of cross-functional leadership experience in industrial control systems and associated technologies from Rockwell Automation, Invensys, and Laird. His passion for transforming industries using technology to revolutionize industrial automation has been at the center of the explosive growth in robotics, motion control, PLC, and DCS. He has spent his career with technology companies that serve global industrial customers from oil and gas, food and beverage, and automotive manufacturing. In his current position, Rick provides leadership for the Process & Motion Control Platform’s digital products, services and technologies strategy, requirements roadmaps, market opportunities, and feature sets as a part of the DiRXN strategic initiative — a new digital productivity platform based on the integration of innovative Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and e-commerce technologies with Rexnord's leading portfolio of tools, products, and services.
