Odilia began working with Miami-Dade County in 1989 in the field of technology and has held multiple roles throughout her career with the County. She first started working with Enterprise Asset Management Systems (EAMS) in 2003. Her current role as Systems Support Manager for EAM in the Information Technology Department focuses on providing solutions for County departments. Among her portfolio are Park, Recreation, and Open Spaces, Internal Services, and Department of Transportation and Public Works leveraging an enterprise hosted platform. Under her leadership, the team has received various awards for their work in this field including the 2018 NACo Achievement Award for Mobile Playground Inspections, 2017 NACo for EAMS Data Integration Management Methodology, 2017 NACo for Miami-Dade County’s Traffic Signals and Signs Asset Management Solution, and 2016 NACo and PTI Achievement awards for Enterprise Asset Management Open CAD Application.
