Jan has strategic oversight for the innovative Engineering Enabling Technology team which which is utiltizing breakthrough technology and leveraging system integration to provide superior EPCOM solutions in alignment with Eastman’s corporate specialty chemical strategy. Since joining Eastman she has served in multiple leadership roles within Eastman’s Engineering, Reliability, Worldwide Maintenance, Operations, Information Technology, Capital Procurement, and Business Development functions. The E&C Services and Solutions organization is responsible for building, improving, and maintaining Eastman facilities around the world as well as providing corporate capital planning and management.
