Gilbert Montes

Gilbert is responsible for providing a site wide strategic focus on CSE site metrics through active management/reporting of performance and ensuring that best practices are followed. These metrics include alarm KPIs, DMC on-stream and utilization metrics, and regulatory control metrics.  In addition, he also provides guidance to control specialists related to analysis and resolution of basic regulatory and advanced control application problems, including diagnostic troubleshooting, loop tuning, and monitoring of applications to ensure problems are quickly and properly corrected.  Gilbert started his career (10 years) as a Production Operator before his transition to a Control Specialist role for the past 28 years.
