End user companies and asset owners are increasingly looking for ways to converge their IT and OT cybersecurity efforts. Convergence of IT, OT, and SOC teams and processes can be challenging given the differences in culture, goals, and environments. A successful strategy has to address the full spectrum of people, process, and technology challenges.
