Digital Transformation Organizational and Human Challenges

While use cases and proofs-in-concept are valuable, many companies still struggle to embark on their digital journey to what many refer to as the 4th industrial revolution.  Some industry leaders have addressed readiness, organization, learning, and corporate culture using unique methods and approaches.  These companies have found better ways to engage their workforce and be better positioned to implement emerging technologies such as predictive analytics and artificial intelligence.

In this session industry leaders from Georgia-Pacific, Dow Chemical, and Shell will lead us on a deep dive on the following themes:  Shell on Learning in Industry 4.0, Dow Chemical on Human-Centered Design, and Georgia-Pacific on culture and transformation.

The benefits of attending this session: attendees will share their beliefs and best practices for building knowledge and capabilities, organization, and human factors in the new digital era.
