Bill works mainly with the Materials and Fuels Complex at Idaho National Laboratories.  His role is to develop and guide the implementation of the site's reliability and asset management strategy.  Bill has also been President of NSGI for the past 10 years and serves as a Principle Consultant for physical asset management and equipment reliability.  His areas of technical knowledge and expertise include reliability engineering, work management, spare parts planning and procurement, plant configuration management, root cause analysis, maintenance strategy, and plant operations.  Bill has over 25 years of experience in physical asset management and equipment reliability.  He has led teams and managed projects for clients in a broad range of industries in the US and abroad.  He has also developed and delivered numerous training courses covering asset management and reliability.
