Ruben is a senior control systems engineer with 15 years of experience in managing, developing, and implementing remote instrumentation and control processes. He began his control systems career at NASA in Houston as a Space Shuttle Flight Controller, providing remote support and troubleshooting the Space Shuttle instrumentation and communication systems for 8 years. He then moved onto BP, where he managed instrumentation and control implementation projects for various plant units. Ruben joined Nautical Control Solutions in 2015, and has since built the remote response team for the FUELTRAX Electronic Fuel Monitoring System and developed product design improvements for increased remote supportability. He now focuses on helping end users to improve their own control processes through analyzing fuel data for optimization opportunities in their day-to-day operations.
