In his current role, he is responsible for helping clients improve their business performance through the development, design, and deployment of strategic and tactical solutions. Dennis has over 30 years of experience in bringing advanced operational excellence practices to leading companies in a wide range of industries. His experience includes executive level, maintenance and reliability roles at Mobil Chemical, Quaker Oats, and the US Navy. During his 20 years of with Emerson, Dennis has provided guidance and leadership in operational excellence to hundreds of clients in a wide range of industries. He specializes in helping clients establish enterprise-wide, sustainable improvement initiatives which have generated hundreds of millions of dollars in documented benefits.
