The M&E Technology Fellow is one of the most senior technical positions in Dow and in our industry, and in this role Dan is committed to solving the largest and most complex technical challenges within Dow Chemical by providing technical expertise to advance business objectives. His focus is on architecting the next generation of technology tools and work processes across Manufacturing & Engineering, including interoperability between and within the enterprise and process automation and engineering domains. Dan also leads the strategies and programs for cybersecurity across Manufacturing and Engineering. Dan has served as a steering team member for the Chemical Sector Cyber Security Program of the American Chemistry Council (ACC) Chemical IT Center (ChemITC), as the leader of the Manufacturing working group for CISUG (the Chemical Industry SAP Users’ Group), and he is currently serving as a core team member of the ACC ChemITC Information Systems Security working group. Dan has over 25 years of experience in driving business value and operational excellence in manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations in the chemical industry.
