Lt Col L. Shri Harsha has three decades of experience in the areas of strategic planning, construction management, financial management, human resource management, and crisis and risk management. After retirement from the Army he has been engaged in multifarious assignments. As a Consultant he handles programs and projects across multiple industry sectors. He is also President of PMI Bangalore India Chapter. Besides a degree in BE (Civil) and an MBA, he also holds a Master’s in Business Law and a PG Diploma in Human Rights Law from the National Law School (India).
