Olivier has become the specialist in new technologies at Eurial Ultra Frais after the acquisition of Senoble. Located at the historic headquarters of Jouy, he now manages the future of the group after many years spent working for the present as a technical and maintenance manager. His MES journey began in 2010 with the search for a 100% configurable solution allowing an autonomous deployment. After a first step linked to the historization of critical values and exchanges of strategic data with the group's databases, Olivier is currently deploying the productivity and quality part of his MES in collaboration with all the teams concerned. His testimony, rich in experience, won the prize of the Assises of the MES 2018 in Paris.
