For more than three decades, ARC has been recognized globally for our detailed market analysis and unrivaled accuracy. Producing a market research analysis requires an immense amount of effort, expertise, and attention to detail. Expect questions regarding scope, major trends, supplier landscapes, and much more.

Q: Can you explain the scope of research that went into this Market Analysis Report?

Tim: This research focused on companies that can provide a third-party service. A company can either adopt its drone services internally or outsource it through a third-party service, in essence a drone service provider. Services may entail planning the missions, flying the missions, which involves collecting various data points through surveys, mapping, and or other applications. After collecting and analyzing the data they will provide the necessary report to their customers. They do this across multiple industries including multiple industries covered by ARC which include chemical, manufacturing, oil & gas, pulp & paper, and refining. Drone Inspection Services also cover industries such as construction, government, infrastructure, telecommunication, and transportation logistics. They do this across multiple applications, the major ones include inspections, leak detections, surveying, mapping, inventory management, and progress monitoring.

Q: What is the supplier landscape for this market?

Tim: There are several different companies, but I will highlight some of the top handful of companies Aerodyne, Cyberhawk, Conex core, Tera drone, and Precision hawk.  All these companies have their various strengths, but the common strength typically is that they usually have their own large team of pilots, inspectors, and or have a data management platform which basically can be customized for certain segments. The data management platform can be customized for various segments which include segments, solar panels, wind turbines, and pipelines.  These specific data management platforms that help collect, analyze, and report the data can be a huge differentiator for customers.
