Michael Guilfoyle

Mike GuilfoyleOver two decades, Michael has assisted organizations, including numerous Fortune 500 companies, in identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities presented by the modernization of the energy, manufacturing, technology, and telecommunications industries.  Michael's expertise is in analysis, positioning, and strategy development for companies facing transformational market drivers.  At ARC, he applies his expertise to developments related to Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and advanced analytics, including machine learning.  Michael has held multiple senior management positions in business and market strategy.  Just prior to joining ARC, he was a key contributor on Oracle's global industry strategy team for utilities.  During that time, he spearheaded many strategic planning and go-to-market initiatives covering topics such as utility business model evolution, advanced distribution management, operational analytics, distributed energy, mobility, asset management, workforce modernization, and knowledge management.

Peter Reynolds

Peter ReynoldsPeter performs research into process and technology areas such as optimization, asset performance management, and data analytics. He brings more than 25 years of professional experience as an oil and gas subject matter expert.  Peter is a distinguished thought leader, strategist, and speaker, with an extensive history of practical experience in refinery automation, safety, and IT.  He has also published several whitepapers related to digital transformation and frequently speaks at technical conferences throughout North America and the EMEA region.  Prior to joining ARC, Peter served as the Manager of Automation and IT at Irving Oil in Saint John, New Brunswick, which operates Canada's largest refinery, eight petroleum terminals, and over 800 retail locations in Canada and the US.  Previous positions at Irving included leading the Irving Oil Refining Growth team to develop the process control and automation strategy for a Greenfield joint venture refinery with BP, and Saint John Refinery Automation Systems Leader.

Paul Steinitz

Paul SteinitzPaul is a member of the Business Development Team, focusing on North American end user clients.  He has over 35 years of experience in the automation industry, including positions in sales, marketing, and product management.  Prior to ARC, Paul worked for Siemens (Moore Products), Invensys (Foxboro), and Westinghouse.  He has been directly involved in the application of process control systems in the power (nuclear and fossil), chemical, oil & gas, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and other industries.  Paul's international experience includes positions as Director of Western Europe Systems Sales (Netherlands) and Managing Director, Asia-Pacific (Singapore) for Moore Products.
