Dr. Kenji Saito received an M.Eng in Computer Science from Cornell University in 1993. He received a Ph.D. degree in Media and Governance for research on digital currencies from Keio University in 2006. He has been conducting research on the Internet and society, especially on the themes around digital currencies. He is also the Chief Science Officer of BlockchainHub Inc., and the representative director of Beyond Blockchain (NPO).
