Panduit Corp. has expanded its IndustrialNet brand by introducing new RJ45 and M12 overmolded cordsets, extending its Ethernet offering to the Industrial edge device. This product line offers more durable patch connections from machines and devices to switches and enclosures on the plant floor. Protocols supported include Ethernet, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus, and EtherCAT. The cordsets are also industrially rated to IP67/68, NEMA 1, 3, 4, 6, 6P, UL and meet multiple industrial premise standards, including M.I.C.E. guidelines.
Overmolded Cordsets Designed for Higher Performance
This new set of RJ45 and M12 overmolded cordsets are backed by Panduit’s limited product warranty and are designed for higher performance and increased longevity under harsh environmental conditions. The factory terminated design with slimmer, overmolded plugs helps for increased reliability and quicker installation time, estimated to be over 50 percent faster compared to traditional hard wiring.
