The presentation will introduce the many interlinked aspects of digital transformation.  IT, OT, ET and (I)IoT will be touched upon.  It will define the minimum digital foundation for digital transformation.  As human factors are limiting digital transformation, we will discuss in more detail how it can be perceived by individuals and groups.

Cultural Barriers in Digital Transformation

We will discuss how the subconscious shapes behavior through emotions, and how skilled managers can use these mechanisms to create motivation in individuals and influence behavior.  In teams, similar mechanisms play a role.  The presentation will explain these mechanisms and propose practical approaches to influence culture and avoid resistance and productivity drops during major change.  Linking social with economic science, we will demonstrate how behavior and culture impact productivity.
