Key Success Factors in Digitalization Projects
Kathrin Günther will introduce the current digitalization projects at Uhlmann PAC Systeme. Her presentation will show why collaboration and speed are key success factors in digitalization projects. We will gain insight into the fields of activity in which the packaging machinery manufacturer has achieved collaboration. This will include practical examples about who is contributing what and how is the collaboration organized. Results will be presented on how collaboration helped the project, and what needs to be improved next time.
