The current situation with the coronavirus has led us to re-invent our ARC Industry Forum in Europe and offer it to you as a Virtual Forum this year, May 18th to 20th.  There is a feeling of solidarity in the industry right now, and if we are creative and flexible, we can beat this disruption and minimize its impact on our lives and our business!

AI and Machine Learning

The workshop on artificial intelligence and Machine Learning will feature three distinct experts in the field, namely Andreas Geiss, Head of Strategy and Technology & Innovation for MindSphere at Siemens; Sander Aerts, Logistic Solutions Director, at Toyota Material Handling; and Maarten Stol, Principal Scientific Adviser at BrainCreators.

We will present some case studies on using artificial intelligence in machinery automation and will elaborate on success stories, as well as on stumbling blocks in the process of using AI.  While the case studies will kick-off the event, the heart of the workshop is an interactive discussion between the experts.  The audience will have the opportunity to guide the discussion with polls as well as raising questions themselves.  The workshop will be moderated by Florian Güldner, Director of Research, ARC Advisory Group Europe.
