Conrad has been with ARC since 1999. Prior to ARC, Conrad has held senior management positions in production manufacturing, product development, and business development managing product lines with profit & loss responsibilities. This experience includes the following international companies: Schlumberger/Fairchild, National Semiconductor, Harris Corporation, and NEC Electronics. Vertical industry focus includes Consumer Electronics, Automotive, Manufacturing Subcontractors, Aerospace, Military, and High Tech. Conrad's prior work also includes merger and acquisition (M&A) support for Fairchild/National and General Electric/Harris Corporation. He regularly participates in corporate initiatives, councils, and industry organizations.
